Attest P2P
Decision 13, from supplier to payment
Who it is for. Companies that claim input VAT and must prove each supplier and each supply before they deduct it (FTA Decision No. 13 of 2026).
What it does
- Supplier onboarding: an invited supplier fills a form and uploads documents; procurement reviews
- Invoice upload with automatic capture of the 51 mandatory e-invoice fields; missing fields are returned to the supplier
- Procurement and accounts-payable approval, then nine statutory checks, each with a maker and a checker
- A payment gate: only Decision 13-compliant invoices are paid; an exception needs management approval and is recorded
- Tax review of input tax by return period, split into standard rated, imported and reverse-charge purchases
- Thresholds watched for you (AED 10,000, 100,000 and 375,000) and an audit trail of every step
